How do you clean solar panels?
We use a very mild detergent and soft brushes to remove any dirt from your panels. This can often be done from the ground. Afterwards we rinse them with purified water which is essential to avoid deposits being left on the surface.
We would recommend 3 times yearly cleaning, to avoid loss of efficiency and keep your investment in tip-top condition.

When will you clean my solar panels?
If you choose to pay for your first clean all at once (£48) we will clean your solar panels within the next 28 days from receiving payment.
If you choose the £12 per month option only, we will come within 28 days of receiving your fourth payment. Going forwards we will clean your panels 3 times a year in spring, summer and autumn.
Will you tell me when you're coming? / What hours do you work?
Sorry we do not offer appointments on our discounted monthly payment scheme Our vans contain everything we need to carry out the work including water so we will just turn up and do the job. Our hours of work are 8am-6pm Mon-Saturday. We will always leave paperwork at each job so you know we've been.
Is there a minimum contract?
No but we do not offer refunds for part paid cleans
