Andrew’s Window Cleaning - Terms and Conditions
1. By using our window cleaning service you accept our terms and conditions of trading. 2. All our work is guaranteed but sometimes mistakes can be made. If you are not happy with the quality of your cleaning please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to clean the affected windows without charge. 3. Our minimum contract for regular window cleaning is 3 cleans. 4. We reserve the right to ask for payment in advance for any of our cleaning services. All end of tenancy cleans must be paid for in advance. 5. If you wish to cancel our service 14 days notice is required. 6. All window cleaning services are weather permitting. We do clean in light rain where possible, to continue a regular service to our clients. We do not work in heavy rain and strong winds, as this would be unsafe for us. 7. Due to health & safely please keep all pets and children indoors for the duration of our visit. 8. Please clear up after your dog. We may be unable to clean to clean all of your windows if there is excessive dog mess in your garden, however the regular cleaning price will still be charged. 9. We offer a free “text alert” service to all our customers. Any customer not providing adequate access to the rear of their property will only have the accessible windows cleaned, and will be charged accordingly. 10. Unless we call to collect from you, or we have another arrangement, please help us by paying any monies owed within 14 days. Customers that fail to pay within 28 days will be charged a £2.50 late payment fee, added to their next invoice. If we then fail to receive monies owed within 70 days we have the right to suspend or withdraw our services and contact a collection agency to recover the debt. You will be liable for all related charges, collection agency fees and court related fees. 11. We usually increase prices by a small amount on an annual basis. We will always give you 28 days notice of any increase. 12. If you have a complaint against any member of staff for any reason please contact us immediately and we will look into the matter accordingly. If our office is unmanned please leave a comprehensive message and we will call to discuss the problem as soon as possible. We will do our best to rectify the situation quickly.
